About Me
I have always been fascinated by the resilience of the human mind—how we endure, adapt, and, with the right support, heal.
My journey into therapy began with a deep desire to understand what drives our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, especially when facing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives, helping them move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to a place of clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
Nearly 20 years ago, I took my first step into the field of mental health. Working across the NHS, private sector, and online therapy services, I have supported individuals with a wide range of challenges—from everyday stress and low mood to complex PTSD and deeply ingrained fears.
Over time, I became increasingly drawn to evidence-based therapies that empower people to break free from unhelpful patterns and build emotional resilience.
As a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), EMDR Practitioner, and Interpersonal Psychotherapist (IPT), I specialise in helping individuals process past experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies. Whether through CBT for anxiety and depression, EMDR for trauma recovery, or ACT and CFT to build emotional strength, my approach is always tailored to your unique needs.
Today, I offer online therapy for adults (17+), providing a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. I understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone.
